General Rules
☆ My number one rule: As a uni student, academics will always come first before commissions. I will only accept and work on commissions once any school-related task is out of the way.☆ I will only start your commission once payment is received and if there is an available timeframe. If ever I’ve received the commission but don’t have the time to start it due to schoolwork, another commission, or any other reason, you will be put on a waiting list and will be updated when I start working on your request!☆ Note that I only draw full art, full body, half body, and doujinshis. I don't offer background-less bust shots or profile picture icons!˖ ᡣ𐭩 ⊹ ࣪ ౨ৎ˚₊☆ Editing and Changes of the commission you receive:
⤷ As a client, you have the right to request any changes during the process or only during certain stages. Note that there can only be 3 free revisions per stage, the 4th and so on will have a fixed fee of Php 50. Additionally, you’ll be charged extra, depending on the complexity, for wanting to change something at a stage you’ve already approved of beforehand (e.g., wanting to change something in the lineart when I’m already coloring it in).
⤷ Once I am in the rendering stage, I will not comply with any request for changes in the sketch, lineart, and base colors.
⤷ You may edit my work after you’ve received it (color grading, adding other stuff, etc.), but make sure to inform me about it first.˖ ᡣ𐭩 ⊹ ࣪ ౨ৎ˚₊☆ Payment

⤷ All transactions will be done in GCash (Philippines) or PayPal (International)
⤷ I will not start your commission until I have received a 50% down payment. Once the piece is finished, I will only send it to you via Gmail when I receive the other half of the payment.

☆ Accepting/Declining Commissions, Refunds, and Timeframe
⤷ I, as the artist, have the right to decline any commission/s or cancel for any reason/s at any time with a full or partial refund based on the progress made
⤷ I will not give any refunds unless for the reasons I stated above, and/or any emergency or valid reason regarding my clients
⤷ I won’t accept requests that need me to finish the art in 2 days. My timeframe is 3-7 days from the day I start on your request (Timeframe may be subject to change, but only for academic reasons, please be aware of this before ordering from me)
⤷ Rude and/or disrespectful clients will be declined. If the commission has already started, I’ll issue a refund based on the progress and cancel the commission. The client will be blacklisted.
☆ Updates
⤷ I will update you when I’ve started on your commission, and I will give updates on the progress.
⤷ Please make sure to reply promptly, as I will only continue working once I am sure you are satisfied with the progress so far. This means that I will not continue to the next stage unless you say so. This is to prevent any unnecessary changes moving forward. (Note that for B&W Doujins, the process is much quicker)
☆ Watermarks, Posting/Sharing of Commission
⤷ My artworks include both hidden and obvious watermarks. You will receive the hidden version.
⤷ I, as the artist, have the right to post/share the speedpaint and/or the final product of the commission I’ve done for you on my art account once it is complete. If you don’t want me to post your commission, make sure to inform me beforehand. If you do allow me to post it, specify if you wish to be tagged/mentioned or not. If you don’t specify anything, I have the right to continue to post the commission, but you will not be tagged/mentioned.
☆ Blacklists
⤷ You’ll get blacklisted/blocked if you do any of the following to my art after you received it: Edit in any of the content I’ve listed as “Will not draw” besides hyper-realism and furry art, Remove my hidden watermark if you post/share my art, Not crediting me if you post/share my art and/or claim that you are the artist
⤷ Additional reasons that will get you blacklisted/blocked: Be rude, disrespectful, and/or unreasonable
☆ Usage
⤷ Personal Use - As the client, you may post/share what you receive as long as you inform me beforehand. I also ask that you give credit to me (tag/mention my art account’s username)⤷ Commercial Use - As the client, you may use what you receive for any commercial use (merchandise design, etc.) as long as you inform me beforehand. I also ask that you give credit to me (tag/mention my art account’s username)
